The annual meeting of the 4th Division CTA is Sunday, June 2 at the Athens Masonic Complex beginning at 2:30 PM.Each Commandery in the 4th Division must have a representative present.
Among the items on the agenda: Selection of 2020 Inspection dates, presentation of perfect attendance and traveling awards for this year, and updates regarding the upcoming Templar year. We will also conduct our Division Ascension Service. Those in attendance will be able to count this service as their Commandery’s Ascension Observance if your Commandery has not had one.
After the meeting, we will observe our annual celebration of the 4th Division Ladies with dinner provided for everyone by the 4th Division CTA and a gift for the Ladies.
Recorders and Eminent Commanders: May 31 marks the completion of the Templar year and that means that year-end reports are due. The Annual Report (Annual Return) should be completed immediately after May 31. If your Commandery has had its election of officers, that report is also due to the Grand Recorder with a CC to the Division Commander and the Deputy Division Commander. It’s also time to begin working on your Uniform Audit Report, which is due July 1 and goes to the Deputy Division Commander, SK Larry Byer.
