Congratulations are in order for two of our own Sir Knights.
It was announced on Saturday at the East Central Department Conference that Sir Knight Gerald G. Pugh, Past Grand Commander, will be appointed the Department Commander of the East Central Department this August at the 67th Triennial Conclave in Indianapolis. The East Central Department includes Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky. Jerry is the seventh Sir Knight from Ohio to serve in this capacity in the history of the Grand Encampment Knights Templar of the USA.
Sir Knight Larry E. Byer, Deputy Division Commander of the 4th Division, completed the Grand Encampment’s three-year Emerging Leaders course and was recognized with others who completed the course during the afternoon session on Saturday.
